The above link is an excel file that has the heat and erg assignments for Saturday.
On the tabs along the bottom of the sheet you will also find the the event a condensed event schedule and for the Coaches, you’ll find the heat sheets sorted by team. Coaches, feel free to manipulate and sort these tables any way that is easy for you.
Check in:
Please make sure you check in at least one hour before your event. Check-in opens at 0700.
Last Minute Changes
We don’t any, but if you must, please e-mail them to me no later that 8pm tomorrow. After that, please hold all changes for race day, when can you check in and complete a Entrant Change Form
Waivers:
Individuals - You will have to complete the attached waiver
Coaches - Please bring a copy of team waiver to turn in at check in.
Parking:
Parking for the event is available in any school parking lot between Oxford Street, Newport Ave, and Harvard St. and at the Masonic Temple Parking Lot across Oxford Street

Hampton Roads Erg Pull Facts
This is the largest indoor rowing regatta in Southeastern Virginia
All races will be run using the Concept II Race System with brand new Concept II Model D rowing
machines. This system provides the competitors and spectators with the latest technology in the sport of indoor rowing.
Reservation to purchase an indoor rowing machine are available at a substantial discount from the factory sales price
and cheaper than you’ll find at any other east coast event.
Entry Fees:
$15.00 Pre-Registration $23.00 Registration after February 9th, 2008
No team entries or cancellations allowed after February 14th
Events:
Open / Collegiate................. Coxswains (1,000 meters)................. Junior / High School / Lightweight
Masters (Ages 27 & 39) .....Senior (40 & 49)................................. Veteran Men (50 or Over)
10k Challenge (all Categories - Since this is a new event for this race, event times and entry limits may apply)
Open Team and High School Team Challenges –
Registration for these races will be taken the day of the event
Team Races subject to change, based on available time and number of entries
(Team Challenge Racers Must also be registered for individual race)
All races
(except the 10k challenge)
will be 2000 meters, and are finals except the coxswains and
team challenges, which will be 1,000 meters
