The dock at HRRC is near the Piles notation at top right while the Statue is near the Pile notation at the bottom middle of the map.

Notes:
1. These maps are from NOAA in KAP format. You can view them online but to view them locally you need a viewer. For these I used BSB Import (plugin) to bring them into Adobe Photoshop Elements. The plugin also works with Paint Shop Pro so you can import them, cut out the sections you want and add your own comments, landmarks etc.

If you are a beginning sculler you should try to go on Nick Conners orientation trip to become familiar with the river. Also other places to row (other than the statue) and places to row when it is windy.
